Please send all European returns using your local postal service. For items over the value of €60 then please send the goods by International Recorded delivery. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost in the post.
Details of the European returns address appear on our contact details page or simply email us and will advise you how to return your item. Damaged or Incorrect Items/Products. You can return your purchase to us within 21 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is damaged, has been incorrectly advertised, or is simply just not what you ordered.
We will issue a full refund or a replacement, including postage costs, at no additional charge straight away upon receipt of your returned order/product back at our warehouse facility.

You are able to withdraw from any purchase up to 7 working days after the date you receive the item. To do this email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You do not have to give any reason for the cancellation however a brief explanation or why you are returning the goods will help us improve the service we offer to our customers in the future.
We are always happy to provide an exchange or refund however these items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery. Kindly use our Freepost details found on our contact details page. This way we cover the expense of all your returns postage costs (UK orders only). You must ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to protect against damage. Your original delivery note/invoice must accompany returned items.
After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and unwanted goods. If after this period we accept opened and unwanted goods, we may charge a discretionary minimum fee of £3.49 to cover postage and packing costs that are incurred to deliver this service.
If you wish to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, due to no error on our part then we will of course refund the purchase but we will not refund any
